Workmanship Guarantee
This is mine. It covers the application itself — adhesion, finish quality and the integrity of the waterproofing where I installed it.

Product Warranty
This is Viero’s, and it covers the materials rather than the labour. Keeping the two separate matters, because a product warranty is void if the system is installed incorrectly — which is precisely why approved installation is worth something.
Viero does not publish a fixed warranty period on the OLTRE system — their technical data sheets cover performance specification, not a consumer guarantee term. Get this in writing from Viero directly before quoting a figure to clients.

What a guarantee does not cover
Every installer’s guarantee has limits. Publishing them is more reassuring than hiding them, because it shows you know where the real risks are.
- Movement or failure originating in the substrate beneath the coating, where that substrate was not installed by me
- Damage caused by impact, abrasive cleaners or unsuitable chemical products
- Surfaces not maintained in line with the aftercare guidance provided at handover
- Natural tonal variation inherent to a hand-applied finish, which is a characteristic of the material rather than a defect
